Refund & Return Policy

At Wholemoodz, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear return and refund policy to ensure your experience remains hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Please inspect all items upon arrival, even if it’s a gift.

 


 

2. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Email us at store@wholemoodz.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Return it to the shipping address we provide via email.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

 


 

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Wholemoodz is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

 


 

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and verified to be in original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee.

  • Exchanges are not subject to this fee.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


 

5. Order Cancellation

  • Changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • Cancellations are subject to a 5% payment gateway fee, deducted from your refund.

  • Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

 


 

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.

  • Requests after 14 days may not be eligible.

 


 

7. Missed Special Occasions

  • While we aim for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee arrival dates for specific occasions.

  • Please order early to accommodate potential delays.

  • Returns for missed events must follow our 14-day policy, and return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.

9. Returned Parcels

 

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, please contact us within 30 days of your order date.

  • We are not responsible for refunds if the address entered at checkout is incorrect.

  • Reshipment requests will incur handling and shipping fees, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
